In our school we have four Houses:  St. Vincent’s, St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Cecilia and St. Francis.  All the children belong to a House and the Houses meet regularly to work together to raise money for charity.  On our patron saints’ feast days the pupils in each house celebrate the life of the saint with a special assembly and activity to help us learn more about why our patron saint is such a good role model for us.

Each September we welcome new children to the school during our special House Welcome Assemblies. We invite our new friends’ parents and family to join us and we enjoy hearing about our new friends’ interests and what they like doing in school.

We have House Captains and Vice-Captains who are elected each year, following hustings and an election campaign.  It is just like the General Election and also teaches us about democracy.
